I have always been a world traveler, an incessant tinkerer, and the bike + riding have always been a constant and an anchor in my life.

I have lived the potential of bikes as a means of sensible transportation and bringing communities together, as the most beautiful, tough and cruel sport, and as a way of life through health, freedom, and connection with your inner-self and the world around you.

Below is a bit of myself and what got me here.

Belgian born

Born in Belgium, with close ties and lots of family. While New Jersey USA is my current residence, the area around Antwerp still feels like home.

Africa raised

Having spent my formative years of 8-12 years old in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, I got to enjoy and cherish life on the equator roaming the streets as an African youth. What this has given me is a deep appreciation for adventure & travel, respect for diversity & culture, and the realization that we are all an integral part of the global community.

Racing & bikes

Racing & bikes have always been a driving force in my life. I don't know what it is about the mechanics of bikes, the joy and freedom of riding, and the thrill of pushing my physical limits, but the one thing that is for sure is that I am addicted to the bike for life.

Classic car & motorcycle restoration

Having always been a constant tinkerer and mechanic, I find great satisfaction and fulfilment reaching back in history by working on and maintaining classic cars and motorcycles, and anything mechanical from the old days really, when things were built to last, engineering was sound, and materials were quality and easily workable.

Home construction & renovation

What started out in part as necessity has now become a second pursuit. Home renovation & construction is currently as much of a hobby I enjoy as it is a second job. I mean seriously, if anyone wants to start a house-flipping business with me or needs help with a project, call me up.
